Compensation:
Our clinicians, therapists, counselors, psychologists, psychiatry providers, yoga therapists and sport psychology & performance consultants, are some of the best compensated based on industry norms. In order to provide the best possible care to our clients, we offer the best to our team. Compensation will be based on your education and level of experience when you begin, and then adjusted accordingly with experience and completion of full licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).

We do not have a minimum hour requirement, but this will likely determine how much office space and the hours available compared to a team member who may be more full-time. We always do our best to work with each team member to find the best schedule for them so they can support their clients, while being supported with their needs outside of work.
Resources:
We cover the cost of all therapy resources to use with clients and to enrich – books, workbooks, play therapy materials, etc.
Office Self-Care & Wellness:
We make weekly in-office grocery runs for our staff as we recognize the importance of staying energized and nourished during longer client days. You will also have free yoga and barre classes right down the hall for you and a friend to experience the benefits of our very own yoga and barre studio.

Qualifications:
Must have a Master’s Degree in a human services field. Over 2 years post-grad experience working with children ages 3-4+, and their families to work with those experiencing or needing guidance with ADHD, behavioral challenges, major life transitions, attachment issues, ASD, blended families, parenting, anxiety and depression

We are looking for full-time and part-time candidates who possess exemplary clinical skills. Office hours are relatively flexible for part-time. Full-time hires will need to be willing to work a few nights a week, and a weekend day.

Qualifications:
Seeking Second Year Graduate Students in Counseling, Social Work, Sport & Performance Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy Programs.
The ideal student intern candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a capacity for empathy and rapport-building with clients. A solid foundation in mental health theories and practices, coupled with the ability to effectively apply these concepts in a clinical setting, is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. Flexibility and adaptability are also critical, as the dynamic nature of private practice requires responsiveness to varying daily demands.
