Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with:
- BlueCross BlueShield PPO
- United / Optum Healthcare
- Medicare PPO
Depending on your plan, you may have a deductible that must be met as well as co-pays for each visit. Our clinicians do their best to provide you with guidance throughout this process, but do recommend you check your coverage benefits prior to anything they are used for.
What should I do if I my insurance is not listed?
If your insurance is not listed, you will need to check your insurer's out-of-network benefits to see what your reimbursement options are. We can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to any Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts or insurance panels.
We do offer sliding fee scales as well, which can be discussed when scheduling your first appointment.
