I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with years of experience working with clients to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, serious illnesses, women’s issues, family challenges and major life transitions.

I also have advanced certifications in bereavement and hospice and palliative care. I have extensive experience working with adults and children – both individually and in a familial setting – through serious illness, caregiver stress, grief, and loss.  

I’m passionate about empathetically joining my clients in their story so we can work together to achieve their goals. I bring a strengths-based approach to my work, recognizing the importance of the client-counselor relationship in facilitating growth and healing. Knowing that each individual is unique, I use different modalities to meet my client’s needs and help them grow.
