Allison Dille, MA, LPC

Allison (Allie) (she/her/hers) is an experienced counselor specializing in helping adults and teens with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, stress management, and other life changes. For clients who are interested in faith-based counseling, Allison has received training in integrating spirituality and faith into sessions. In graduate school, she also conducted research about assisting clients with processing and healing from traumatic religious experiences.

Allie (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Theological, and has previously worked in community and mental health counseling settings – providing therapy and community support services for clients of all ages as well as serving diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Allison works primarily with adults and teens. Her practice areas include issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, stress management, and other life changes. For clients who are interested in faith-based counseling, Allison has received training in integrating spirituality and faith into sessions. In graduate school, she also conducted research about assisting clients with processing and healing from traumatic religious experiences.

Allison uses several different therapeutic approaches, including person-centered counseling and existential counseling, as well as trauma-informed techniques and other evidence-based interventions. She is passionate about walking alongside clients on their journey toward finding healing, hope, and wellness. During sessions, Allison seeks to create a space where clients can feel uniquely seen, heard, and known. Through empathy, compassion, and support, Allison works to build a strong relationship with each client and empower them to become their most authentic self.

In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, going on walks, journaling, reading, baking, and yoga. Allison looks forward to getting to know you and working toward your mental health goals together!
