Brooke (she/her/hers) is an experienced counselor who specializes in working with individuals ages 4 and up, including preschoolers, children, adolescents, and young adults. She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-I) and provides support for concerns such as anger, aggression, anxiety, phobias, life stressors, transitions, and relationship difficulties.

Brooke is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, creativity, and clinical expertise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Illinois State University and earned her master’s degree in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago.

Brooke specializes in working with individuals ages 4 and up, including preschoolers, children, adolescents, and young adults. Drawing from a client-centered and trauma-informed foundation, Brooke integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy. She also tailors each session eclectically, using a wide range of therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client and foster meaningful, lasting change.

Brooke is known for creating a warm, engaging, and authentic space where clients feel safe to express themselves and grow. She enjoys incorporating creative activities, mindfulness practices, humor, and pop-culture references into sessions to build connection and make therapy both effective and enjoyable.
