Courtney (she/her/hers) is the Clinical Director at Grow Wellness Group an experienced counselor / therapist specializing in helping clients aged 16+ with anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, substance abuse, and more. She could not be more thrilled to be in a position to make the type of positive mental wellness impact possible in the communities Grow Wellness serves!

Courtney (she, her, hers) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a rich background in supporting individuals aged 16 and older. She specializes in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, family dynamics, identity struggles, life transitions, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Courtney has been a dedicated mental health service provider in her community for many years, working across diverse wellness settings.

Courtney believes that therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, connection, openness, and a willingness to embrace challenges. Together, she helps clients foster growth, achieve their goals, and develop coping skills through new perspectives and acceptance. This approach allows clients to manage obstacles and unlock their potential for fulfillment.

Integrating principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Courtney helps clients cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and the world around them. Her authentic, compassionate, empathetic, and empowering approach guides clients towards a more fulfilling and value-driven life.
