Ian (he/him/his) is a Licensed Social Worker who specializes in supporting individuals across the lifespan who are managing ADHD, anxiety, PTSD and depression.

Ian is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University. He brings a wealth of experience in coaching life skills, teaching, and guiding individuals through life’s transitions, helping them develop the tools they need to grow with confidence. His background also includes mentoring youth navigating PTSD and Oppositional Defiance Disorder, fostering resilience and self-awareness in those he works with.

Ian specializes in supporting individuals across the lifespan who are managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he tailors his approach to meet each person’s unique needs. As someone who personally understands the challenges of ADHD, Ian brings a deep sense of empathy and relatability to his work, creating a space where clients feel truly seen and understood.
