Jack (he/him/his) is an experienced counselor specializing in helping clients (ages 12+) to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, men’s issues, family challenges, major life transitions, alcohol or drug depedency and co-occurring issues, and more.

Jack is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor, with several years of experience working with clients to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, men’s issues, family challenges, major life transitions, alcohol or drug depedency and co-occurring issues. I have been a community provider of mental health services in the Naperville, IL and DuPage community for many years in a multitude of mental wellness settings.

I most often work with individuals (ages 12+) and families struggling with a range of personal and interpersonal growth challenges.

I practice from an integrative perspective, often taking pieces from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also strive to integrate an existential approach to recovery clients using mindfulness practice and Compassion Focused Therapy, with clients.

I love to play ice hockey, am a lifetime Chicago Blackhawks fan, and grateful for supportive family, and two dogs that help me “live in the present moment.”
