Jennie Hegwood, MA, LCPC

Jennie (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in compassionate, person-centered support for adults, including older adults. She is experienced in addressing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, LGBTQIA+, and identity concerns, creating a nonjudgmental space for clients to explore and thrive.

Jennie (she, her, hers) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, and has been helping clients navigate behavioral health and mental wellness concerns since for a number of years.

Jennie specializes in providing compassionate clinical and supportive counseling for adults of all ages, with a special focus on working with older adults. Jennie utilizes a person-centered approach, focusing on creating a nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop the skills they need to flourish. Jennie is experienced in dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, major life transitions, chronic illness, LGBTQIA+, and concerns about identity and belonging.
