Jill (she/her/hers) is a qualified mental health professional who is passionate about supporting individuals (teens and up), couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, athletes and sports performance, identity, career challenges, and more.

Hi, I’m Jill (she/her/hers) from the University of Kentucky’s School of Social Work – Master’s Degree in social work with a concentration in clinical social work. I’m passionate about supporting individuals (teens and up), couples, and families in pursuit of leading more fulfilling lives. Through empathy, compassion, and a listening lens, my priority is to build a foundation of trust and partnership to pursue empowerment, adaptability, and enrichment during our time together. My primary objective is to provide a warm, welcoming environment and casual conversation, complimenting my down-to-earth nature.

My approach to therapy is holistic, seeking to learn about you as an individual and as part of a larger system to understand how you affect one another. I wholeheartedly believe in the strength and value we possess as individuals and will support you in identifying growth goals that create a path toward positive change. My interests lie in client-centered, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies. However, I recognize the uniqueness of individuals and, therefore, the need to tailor therapeutic approaches to best support individual objectives for growth. I am committed to partnering with you in change efforts to enhance well-being and achieve the opportunity to thrive.

Outside of being a student, I am a youth volleyball coach at a local club. Having been an athlete throughout my younger years and now being involved as a parent and coach with elite youth athletes, I have a shared interest in supporting adolescents’ sports performance and mental health. In addition to helping my 18-year-old son prepare for college, I enjoy hanging out with my two dogs, Banjo and Olive, and indulging in the newest TV shows.
