Linda is passionate support to children, adolescents, and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, and ADHD, helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

With over 20 years of experience in school social work, Linda is passionate about providing compassionate and effective support to children, adolescents, and individuals with developmental disabilities. She has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, and ADHD, helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Linda is known for her ability to quickly build rapport with clients and their families, creating a warm, welcoming space where individuals feel safe and supported. She often incorporates humor and a down-to-earth approach to make therapy an engaging and positive experience. Her goal is to empower both clients and their families, equipping them with the tools and confidence to thrive.

Working closely with parents, Linda provides coaching and practical strategies to support their child’s development—whether it’s managing behavior, strengthening social skills, or addressing emotional needs. She utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique strengths and challenges.
