Sarah (she/her/hers) is a mental health professional from the University of Kentucky who is passionate about helping individuals discover their personal power and resilience through life’s challenges. After 15 years in elementary education, she has transitioned into the field of therapy to continue a journey of supporting growth and transformation in others.
Sarah use a compassionate and evidence-based approach, primarily practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and radical acceptance. Her work is rooted in the belief that hardships can be catalysts for profound growth and self-discovery.
With a special interest in supporting women through life transitions, including postpartum difficulties and navigating identity shifts, Sarah is also passionate about working with people from all walks of life.
