Taylor (she/her/hers) is a dedicated mental health provider who brings experience supporting children and adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, autism, and more. Taylor’s compassionate approach serves clients of all ages across diverse settings.

Taylor (she, her, hers) is a qualified mental health provider from Aurora University. She graduated with her undergrad from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor in psychology. She has worked with people of all ages in a variety of settings. She has experience working with children and adults with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, behavior challenges, ADHD, developmental disabilities, children with autism, and more.

Taylor is also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and believes in using leisure activities to help people express their emotions and utilize leisure activities for coping with all of life stressors. By having a strong leisure education, she believes it can help her clients help to find themselves and who they want to be while also having fun along the way. She also believes in the power of creating a therapeutic relationship with her clients and believes that starts with trust and empathy. In order to do this, she believes in the importance of meeting clients where they are to provide them with the best possible treatment and to help them best in their journey.

In addition to her work at Grow Wellness Group, Taylor works a full time job as an Activity Therapist. She loves to spend time with her husband and 1 year old son. She enjoys going for walks, spending time with friends, and traveling
