Whether you or your child is dealing with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, social challenges, behavior challenges, ADHD, relationship difficulties, or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, her goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where you can explore and address your concerns. You will find a safe space where you will truly be heard without fear of judgement and will be met with compassion, understanding, and empathy as you work towards your goals.
Tiffany specializes in working with children and has a passion for helping children find their voice in the world. She works hard to guide children to discover the words they need to communicate how they are thinking and feeling. In a safe space, children will be given the freedom to learn how to gain the confidence they need to regulate their emotions, gain self-confidence, and learn self-acceptance.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys going on hikes with her husband and children. She enjoys traveling the world, reading a variety of books, playing sports, and practicing yoga.
